Location: Chadstone, VIC

Yarra Valley Commercial swiftly completed Politix's Chadstone flagship store, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail in a four-week turnaround.

The collaboration with Country Road Group's Architect produced a contemporary masterpiece with standout features like the Balmoral Green stone POS counter and distinctive LED installations, boasting space, light, simplicity, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Viktoria & Woods

Location: Chadstone, VIC

Chadstone, Australia's largest shopping centre, welcomed Viktoria & Woods' flagship store, marking the Yarra Valley Commercial (YVC) team's fourth collaboration with the client.

The partnership with innovative design team GOLDEN resulted in a minimalist space with intricate details, featuring a 300kg natural stone counter and handcrafted displays.

The YVC Project Manager praised the team for delivering meticulously crafted pieces, showcasing skills and expertise while exceeding expectations.

Gaggeanau

Location: Surry Hills, NSW

Explore luxury at Gaggenau’s Surry Hills, NSW showroom, a high-end project executed with precision by Yarra Valley Commercial (YVC).

The 10 specialised spaces, from the 200 series kitchen to the Chefs Kitchen, showcase attention to detail and talent for opulent fitouts.

The showroom marries European elegance with Melbourne craftsmanship, featuring YVC's exacting joinery, blackened metal cladding, and European-sourced materials.

The project reflects Gaggenau's innovation in a timeless, sleek, and stylish space.

Bonito

Location: Byron Bay, NSW

Bonito, is located on the ground floor of Byron Bays newest and only 5 star Hotel, Hotel Marvell.

Bonito is a dining space, that offers a warm colour palette for a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. Timber boxes on the ceiling serve dual purposes, acting as both lighting sources and sound baffles to maintain an optimal dining atmosphere.

The carefully curated space opens onto and encompasses Hotel Marvells open and welcoming pedestrian laneway is adorned with lush greenery and serves as the perfect anchor point for the hotel.

The public can enjoy a leisurely stroll, pause for a refreshing drink at the bar, or ascend to the rooftop, all from the convenience of the Bonito laneway.

Ishizuka

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Ishizuka Restaurant, a 16-seat basement diner in Melbourne, redefines the traditional Japanese Kaiseki experience with a uniquely Australian touch.

Designed by Russell & George and executed by Yarra Valley Commercial, the space is bold, controversial, and thought-provoking, mirroring the intricate balance of Kaiseki.

Awarded Restaurant of the Year at the 2019 Frame Awards, it has received widespread acclaim, described by Vogue Living as "stunning" and earning multiple accolades for its exceptional design and meticulous craftsmanship.

Sisterhood

Location: Hobart, TAS

In Sandy Bay, Hobart, Yarra Valley Commercial efficiently completed the Sisterhood eatery, surpassing a tight schedule.

The Biasol design introduces boho charm with layers, textures, and earthy tones, creating an elegant coastal space in just five weeks, one less than planned.

The overhead bar area presented a complex challenge with timber and rattan framework, showcasing intricate joinery and CAD programming managed by Yarra Valley Commercial.

Moneyme Head Office

Location: Newcastle, NSW

MoneyMe's Newcastle office, a 2030s fintech hub on Darby Plaza's 7th floor, is another success for Yarra Valley Commercial (YVC).

Collaborating closely with the client, the design and construction teams transformed the 950m² space into a cutting-edge workplace, surpassing expectations.

The futuristic design, akin to Google and Airbnb, features workstations, meeting rooms, a cafe kitchen, breakout spaces, a Zen Den, and a balcony with stunning harbour views.

Joinery and furniture production occurred at YVC's Melbourne factory, ensuring excellence in every aspect.

Mobilia Showroom

Location: Richmond, VIC

Mobilia, a prominent luxury retailer, enlisted GOLDEN and Yarra Valley Commercial (YVC) for their Richmond showroom fitout.

The dream team delivered a stunning, complex fitout boasting expansive gallery-like spaces with high ceilings, showcasing iconic furniture brands.

The minimal aesthetic, inspired by global releases, featured clean lines and raw materials, while intricate details posed both a challenge and a highlight.

YVC's commitment to precision and craftsmanship impressed Mobilia, creating a timeless design for premium international brands.

Hotel Marvell

Location, Byron Bay, NSW

Hotel Marvell, Byron Bay's only 5-star hotel, is the realization of Scott Emery's passion, brought to life by Yarra Valley Commercial and local architect Harley Graham.

The triple-height pedestrian laneway, lush with flora, sets an open, inviting ambience. The 24 rooms, featuring raw concrete and rich timbers, capture sunlight, with balconies overlooking the vibrant laneway.

The rooftop area offers a pool, cocktail bar, and dining space with textured finishes and magnificent views.

Yarra Valley Commercial was honoured to receive the Interior Fitout Association's 2024 award for Best Hospitality Fitout over $2.5M and the NSW/ACT State Interior Fitout award for the Hotel Marvell project.
